Terms of service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using TruckAgent you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
TruckAgent is a web application for managing fleet operations, including trip records, fuel and cost logs, document capture, maintenance schedules, compliance tracking, vehicle tracking and invoicing. Features may be added, changed or improved over time.
3. Accounts
Each person uses their own login. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your accounts. Administrators control who is invited to the company workspace and what access level each person receives.
4. Your data
The operational data you enter belongs to you. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and back up that data in order to provide the service. You can export your data to Excel at any time. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other customers' data, interfering with the operation of the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes.
6. Automated reading and accuracy
Automatic document reading is provided as an aid, not a substitute for review. Extracted values must be confirmed by your staff before being relied on. We are not liable for decisions taken on unconfirmed extracted data.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control, including connectivity in remote areas, can affect access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckAgent is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms after reasonable notice where practical. On termination you may request an export of your data.
